Removing the engine mount (Audi Q5 Type 8R)

Replace engine mounts only in pairs, left and right. The corresponding mounting plates are also replaced along with them. Supporting the engine with a traverse. Remove the front wheel. Remove front soundproofing -1-. Remove the fender liner. Unscrew nut -2- and release bracket -1-.



Release and disconnect electrical connector -3-. mag. left electro-hydraulic engine mount valve -N144-. Unscrew bolts -1, 4.5- of the engine mounts. Place engine mount mounting plate -2- to one side. Remove the engine mount.

Install

Install in reverse order. Observe the following: The bolts that are tightened at the tightening angle must be replaced.
