Unscrew the securing bolt -arrow- while holding the brake. disc from turning.
Remove the brake. disc from the wheel hub. When removing the brakes. the disc from the wheel hub must not be distorted by the brake. disk.
Installation
Replace the screw. Clean the brake before installation. disc, wheel hub and seating surfaces. Install the brake. disk on the wheel hub. When installing the brake. the disc onto the wheel hub must not warp the brake. disk. Screw in the retaining bolt -arrow- and tighten it. Install the rear brake bracket. Screw in and tighten bolts -16 and 17-, 100 Nm +90°. To tighten the lower bolt -16- use standard-. An extension socket is not required to tighten the upper bolt -17-. The fender liner needs to be slightly pressed to the side. Install rear brakes. overlays. Secure the brake. hose and electrical wiring in the combination bracket on the wheel support. Check that the brake. hose and electric the cables are correctly secured in the wheel bearing housing bracket. Spontaneous brake release. hose and el. cable from the bracket is unacceptable. Install wheels. Lower the vehicle.
