Intake manifold (Audi A6 C4)

Withdrawal

1. Remove the throttle body and intermediate flange.

2. Disconnect the water and vacuum hoses from the intake manifold





3. Remove the bolts and nut and remove the intake manifold heating element retaining bracket.





4. Remove the washer and disconnect the heating element connector.



5. Loosen the fixing screws and remove them.



6. Remove the intake manifold.





7. Remove the gasket and sealing ring.



8. Unscrew the fixing bolts and remove the heating element, if necessary.

Installation

Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
