Left: Removing the individual instruments from the combined instrument panel:
1 - oil temperature gauge (reinforced with a nut);
2 - clock;
3 - main instrument panel;
4 - covering the main panel.
Right: if additional instruments are installed, instead of a hydraulically actuated 0.3 bar switch, there is an oil pressure sensor (2). An oil pressure gauge wire and a hydraulic switch wire are connected to it. Next to them in a 4-cylinder engine is an oil temperature sensor (1) also on the oil filter flange.
If the vehicle is equipped with a self-test system, then the light panel at the top is reserved for the indicators-symbols of the control system (about it later in this chapter).
